Candor develops and manufactures plants for continuous metal plating of wire and strip.

Plants for metal coating of wire and strip in stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and its alloys or other material are offered as follows:

• Nickel plating on stainless steel wire
• Nickel plating on stainless steel wire
• Tin plating on stainless steel wire
• Nickel plating on copper wire
• Silver plating on copper wire
• Zinc plating on copper wire
• Zinc, tin and nickel on wire in carbon steel

Plants designed for high wire speeds in line with a drawing machine. The plant is available with various types of pre-treatment and rinsing, depending upon application are offered as follows:

• COPPERJET – electroless copper of CO2 welding wire – equipment for high speed around 30 m/s.
• COPPERJET – electrolytical copper of CO2 welding wire – equipment for high speed around 30 m/s.
• COPPERJET- electrolytical copper of CO2 welding wire – equipment for medium speed around 18 m/s.
